Tricks or Tree | Kids Costume Yoga

Join Miss Kat from the Bourbonnais Library for a fun-tastic Halloween-themed yoga session!  You’ll learn how to stretch like a werewolf, lay like a vampire, and shake those limbs out with some monster mash dancing. Costumes are highly encouraged!

TEACHER BIO:

Miss Kat has worked as a Youth Services Assistant at the Bourbonnais Public Library for the last two years. In this role she has led baby and preschool storytimes in-house, as well as outreach storytimes to many preschools and daycares in the area. She was first introduced to yoga and meditation in college, and is a certified Shamanic Practitioner with Life Force Arts Center in Chicago. She is very passionate about the intersection of playfulness and spiritual practice and loves to introduce these tools to kids!
